Cancellation Policy

If a Scout or adult participant cancels after a deadline or does not participate after committing to attend, he or she is still responsible for payment or related costs. The troop will make all reasonable efforts to obtain a credit from the vendor; however, if unsuccessful, the liability will remain with the participant.
