Early/Late Arrivals and Departures — Troop Meetings

Troop Meetings are held every Monday during the school year from 7:30 pm. until 9:00 p.m. We understand tests, family commitments, and/or an avalanche of unexpected homework may call for a Scout to leave the meeting early. When this needs to happen, parents are asked to send a note advising the Scoutmaster that your son has your permission to leave the meeting early. This is to ensure no harm comes to our Scouts when parents believe that their sons are under the care and supervision of the troop. Please send written notes rather than text messages, e-mails or phone calls that might not be read until after a meeting is over.
