Emergencies

Scouts and leaders are trained in first aid and a comprehensive first aid kit is on hand at all outings. Most minor emergencies can be handled on the spot, but if medical assistance is required, it will be promptly obtained. Since treatment at a local hospital may be delayed until the parent is notified. IT IS MANDATORY that parents provide the troop with an annual  consent form (Troop 23 Consent Form, 2020) and annual B.S.A. Health and Medical Record Forms to assure prompt care.
