Program Fees

The annual Program Fee, currently $200, is typically covered through fundraising when a Scout sells at least $400 in wreaths. Any Scout selling less than $400 in wreaths will pay a program fee of $200 less 50% of his wreath sales. A Scout entering the program after the end of a fundraising season will not be subject to the program fee for that Scouting year. The program fees pay for insignia, badges, neckerchiefs, literature, troop equipment and tents, campsite fees, special events, and a host of other operating expenses.
