Consent Form
Each fall we ask for signed consent forms as we prepare to recharter our Troop affiliation with Scouting America through the First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton. Please print, sign, and return the consent form to the Registration Advancement table at Monday night meetings by the stated deadline (usually mid/late October). Please direct questions to our Troop’s Membership and Forms Coordinator.
